For the Health and safety of ALL pets we cannot accept returns.
We only sell NEW unused items.
We do our best ship ship all items within 4 business/work days of a cleared payment. However, this is not a guarantee.
Please also note that our shipping/processing time does not mean delivery time. The carriers have their own estimated (not guaranteed) times in addition to our shipping and processing time.
Any orders received and paid for after 2pm Eastern standard time Monday-Friday will be logged and processed the following business day. All orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day.
Please note that there are some items that are made to order or made in smaller quantities do to their size, so shipping times will vary and we will list the expected shipping times in the listings.

All orders are shipped in the order they are received.
International Shipping: We combine shipping for all orders of 2 or more items. Please do not pay until we send you a combined invoice.
Returns: For health and safety Reasons we do not accept returns for any pets items.
Returns for other items: No returns are accepted without prior approval. All returns MUST be in the same new unused condition and packaging and unopened as received.
Unless it is our error the buyer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping costs (including any insurance paid) plus a restocking fee of 20%.
All shipments are video recorded for accuracy and insurance purposes.
You MUST report any damages within 24 hours of receipt of the package and pictures of the damage and packaging are required by the insurance company. You will be required to return the item(s) damaged.
Because ALL items are video recorded during the entire shipping and handling process, missing and or damaged item claims will be verified through the video recording of your shipment. Due to the large volume of packages shipped each day please allow 2- 3 business days for us to search and review the recordings.
We need to be able to determine if the damage or missing item(s) were due to our error or happened in shipping.
Insurance: ALL items are either insured by us or a 3rd party. The insurance company rules as well as tax purposes everything must be verified and documented. This requires the assistance of each and every buyer making a claim.
In order for us to cover your loss or damage you are required to provide all the needed documentation requested. We want to handle any claim as quickly and easy as possible and that is why we need the full cooperation of the receiver.
We pay for the insurance and have no problem ensuring the claim is processed and you are made whole. However, the insurance company requires the buyer to provide the needed information as they are the only one who can do that as they have the package and items.
Failing to provide all of the documentation needed may result in your claim being denied.
